[ALAC] SHORT Consensus Call: Fellowship Selection Criteria

I write this message with some frustration!
Knowing that we were on a tight timeline, I
delegated the formulation of this to the SC on
O&E and explicitly asked ALAC Members who had an
interest to work with their O at E Co-Chairs and regional O&E members.
Apparently that has not happened.
I have asked for and received an extension for
submitting this document. Therefore:
1. I am terminating this Consensus Call.
2. I have asked Maureen to work with the SC on
O&E *AND* others who have expressed an interest
to provide a new version of the document by no
later than 23:59 UTC on Wednesday, 12 September 2018.
3. I will then initiate a VERY SHORT Consensus
Call to allow us to submit the final document on
Friday, 14 September 2018. If more time is
wanted for the consensus call, please ensure that
the final document is delivered earlier.
