I write this message with some frustration! <br><br>
Knowing that we were on a tight timeline, I delegated the formulation of
this to the SC on O&E and explicitly asked ALAC Members who had an
interest to work with their O@E Co-Chairs and regional O&E
members.<br><br>
Apparently that has not happened.<br><br>
I have asked for and received an extension for submitting this document.
Therefore:<br><br>
1. I am terminating this Consensus Call.<br><br>
2. I have asked Maureen to work with the SC on O&E *AND* others who
have expressed an interest to provide a new version of the document by no
later than 23:59 UTC on Wednesday, 12 September 2018.<br><br>
3. I will then initiate a VERY SHORT Consensus Call to allow us to submit
the final document on Friday, 14 September 2018. If more time is
wanted for the consensus call, please ensure that the final document is
delivered earlier.<br><br>

fellowship program for fellows during the meeting is more or less
capacity building. So experts wouldn’t need the program and doesn’t
give ICANN any added value. I propose: « sufficient educational
background to understand the ICANN environment, good understanding of the
English language, Interest in Internet in general, Interest in
participating in the ICANN work ».
<dd>Other diversity category:</b> Civil Society, Internet end-users,
global indigenous people are kind of stakeholders. They should be placed
in the section « Stakeholders groups and constituencies. I don’t think
we should target persons because they are victims of harassment or
conflicts. Exclusion and extreme poverty fall under the region category
when it is defined as « Underserved regions and global underserved
communities ».</font><br>
<dd><font color="#002E7A">As a general remark, I don’t think we were
asked to give our own interest only. I think we should give the best
target for the whole ICANN.<br>

the second, not from the first. You can check ALAC, very few exceptions
