Evin

First, this does lead to the accreditation link - and with it, my comments.

That said, I am not sure how many times I have to ask, but PLEASE, EVERYTHING that we are seeking comments on should be on the policy page. Have you checked the ALAC policy page? Is the issue there? And why not? You cannot keep asking people to comment and just give them a link to a wiki. They may not be able to comment at that moment, but then want to go back and have to hunt for the relevant meal - and they should not have to. I don’t know how many times I have to ask, and why it is continually being ignored. but the aim is to make it easy for people to comment on policy. So there should be a one stop shop - people should have ONE please where they can regularly check.

Heidi - why am I saying this again. And why is it not happening. There is a policy group that - hopefully - will be contributing to the formulation of policy. There should be ONE place - the policy page - where they go. And I sincerely hope not to have to ask for this again

Jonathan drafted a response which is very close to what we can all agree on and it would be really helpful if that can be put into the First Draft space. I certainly take Leon’s point; it is really important that views other than the IPC/BC are put forward - particularly from ALAC

We certainly had lots of contributions and it would be a waste of everyone's efforts not to say something now that the deadline has been extendedn
