[ALAC] ALAC Response to 'Compliance Models'

There is another webinar due on 2 Feb on the GDPR and the three ICANN
models, and people need to hear what else is being said to get the full
picture before they vote.

I'd prefer we extend it a little longer to give people time to consider the
issues and models.
