I can spend 4 hours a day (at least) reading and respondng to emails and materials that come through for ALAC and the various WGs, not counting hours that our ALAC members contribute to the planning and activities of our RALO organisations and outreach which is an ongoing commitment of time

In the last ALAC monthly meeting there were about seven pdf to read, some
with nine pages and one of 267 pages.

Alberto, on the number of hours, we do say that if you participate in WG,
the number is larger.
But what number would you put (remembering we do not want to scare
everyone!)?
