[ALAC] Fwd: NomCom selection of ALAC Members

I can spend 4 hours a day (at least) reading and respondng to emails and
materials that come through for ALAC and the various WGs, not counting
hours that our ALAC members contribute to the planning and activities of
our RALO organisations and outreach which is an ongoing commitment of time
