[ALAC] Board approved Resolutions March 9&10

Judith, perhaps I have missed something, but on 
what are you basing the assumption that there 
cannot be a meeting in NA or LAC until 2019? 
Accordingto 
https://meetings.icann.org/en/calendar, both NA 
and LAC are on the rotation for 2018.
