[ALAC] Board approved Resolutions March 9&10

Hi Rinalia,

Thanks so much for this information. It is really very helpful.  As the Zika virus is also in Puerto Rico it is likely that the Oct meeting will also be moved. As Naralo had planned a general assembly to be collocated with this icann meeting we are hoping it stays within region. As we are starting to plan for this GA it would be helpful to learn ASAP of any change in venue. Any insignt into when will this decision be made?
