[ALAC] Topics for the ALAC-Board meeting

Hi Alan

Just a quick question on the new meeting strategy. 

Are there any suggestions that ALAC have because since my last presentation to the ALAC, I am yet to get feedback on any of the meetings. Perhaps it would be good to discuss any issues prior to meeting with board.
