[ALAC] [ALAC-Announce] Fwd: Statement on changes to the Fellowship Program

HI Alan,

I am glad to see that ALAC will have an official comment on the Fellowship 
Program.  In NARALO we have been very vocal on this and four of our ALSes plus 
one potential ALS have posted comments. This include, myself, Glenn, Eve Edelson 
(ISOC SF Bay) and Loris Taylor (NPM).

Although I am not an ALAC member I support your statement
