[ALAC] Reminder - ALAC Monthly Call

Hello Alan,

My question was not about 21:00 but about 19:00 which had the highest. If
there is going to be an iana-issue call at 19:00 (although I can't seem to
find it on the calendar) then it should be indicated as reason for choosing
21:00 instead just for this month.
