[ALAC] ACTION: Endorsements: Competition, Consumer Trust and Consumer Choice Review Team

Regarding decision, if the ALAC delegates, it is effectively making 
the decision. We'll see what others think.

 From my perspective, since this kind of recommendation is not likely 
to be over-ridden by the ALAC, having the ALAC make the final 
decision just takes time from the selection process.
