[ALAC] Co-Chair, Accountability CCWG

Hi Alan

I agree on the need to select a CCWG Co-Chair - and the process.  I suggest that, in asking for nominations, we spell out not only what the task is in the existing structures, but an estimate of the work/time that will be involved to ensure that people whose hand is up are well aware of the time commitment needed and until what end date
