Please find attached a redline and clean version of the proposed Final
Charter for the Enhancing ICANN Accountability CCWG.

This is the final draft from the CCWG drafting team after it's call of today
Monday 3 November 11:00 - 13:00  UTC. It will be submitted today at 20:00 to
the chartering organizations for approval. So please, if you have any
remark, send it as soon as possible so that the drafting team can modify (if
suggestion approved) the draft accordingly.
