[ALAC] ALAC reps on Coordinating Committee?

Dear Holly,

this issue has been on the table all week and due to the overarching
nature of the Summit, we have not found any time/space for this.
I'll forward the messages relating to this process to the list shortly.
In Summary, the selection group needs more members before it can
operate. Then it will make its selections from the candidates that have
sent expressions of interest.
