[ALAC] Accountability - Changes

Thank you Rinalia.
Worth noting, SO,AC and SG Chairs have had a call with ICANN Staff
Leadership today and the only topic of the call was the process
described here.
It appears that the new revised structure still does not satisfy
significant portions of the GNSO.
As soon as the transcript is published, I'll forward its details to the
ALAC.
