[ALAC] ATRT2 Draft Report

The draft ATRT2 report is published -

Including the appendices (Am B and C, with C currently missing in 
action), it is *LONG*, but the report itself is only 68 pages.

I will shortly (tonight or tomorrow) send out some notes of things 
that I think may be of particular attention to ALAC and At-Large.
