Re your point 2 Rinalia

Previously we have had voluntary actions from ALSes resulting in the
following:-

a.) A request for decertification (written as a resignation letter) which
was accepted by the ALAC

b.) A request for decertification / set Status to Inactive (which was
resulting from advice that there was unpredicted, temporary logistics and
administration challenges within the ALS) the ALAC agreed to 'inactivate
the ALS' (as opposed to true decertification and on refreshed conditions of
the organisation the ALS notified the ALAC that it now was on a situation
to comply with expectations of being an accredited ALS the the ALAC
re-activated the Status to Accredited => worth noting this ALS has been
continuously active in the Region since.
