[ALAC] new gTLD objections

I just realised that, for number 5, I voted yes.  (the dangers of doing something late at night).  It should have been no - no objection - but on the conditions suggested.  The email I just send explains why - that we first need assurance about the confusion caused by the application.  If that confusion can be addressed by the applicant, we would vote no.  If that issue cannot be addressed we would abstain.
