[ALAC] new gTLD objections

Dear Dev

The concern expressed to me was that the Chinese application does not necessarily mean words such as 'health"
Quoting Edmon:

What Rinalia pointed out to Edmon was that
Chinese literate individuals in Asia would read "jiankang" and may
interpret the characters to mean "health" or "healthy". In this sense, the
string has the potential to confuse, irrespective of the applicant's
intention to steer its TLD focus on lifestyle.

So based on that and some other comments, the worry was the possibility of confusion over the title.

The comments I proposed were to say that if the applicant can commit to measures that will address the potential confusion, (and the possible mechanism would be PICS - recognising the current weakness in enforceability) then we would not object.

If that isn't possible, then the comments I received would be to vote to abstain
