[ALAC] Fwd: ICANN News Alert -- New gTLD Batching Announcement

I fully endorse the idea of developing a statement. We can post the
statement on the wiki and allow for people to comment. I am conscious of
Tina Dam's statement at the last Public Meeting in Costa Rica.

Any assertions should be categorically backed up.
