Firstly I would like to congratulate Sandra and Wolf for proposing the ICANN
Academy in terms of addressing the "knowledge gap". I finally found the
courage to use the "wiki" today and rather than waiting for my wiki training
just went ahead and used it and found it really easy to use. I did not know
that I could post thoughts and views on the wiki space but now that I know
it will be less of emails and more wiki space.

 

Here are some thoughts. I recognise that we have a packed Agenda and as such
discussions will be limited. Kindly find my views on the same attached. I
had alluded to this in Dakar when I commented but decided to put my thoughts
to paper.
