[ALAC] Final ALAC Statement on Preliminary Issue Report on ‘Thick’ Whois

Perhaps it would have been more precise, but I am happy to leave it 
as is. The intent was to try to ensure that those who feel that thick 
is less private than thin have some opportunity to raise the subject.

Privacy in relation to whois in general will not be the subject of 
this PDP (I *HOPE*), so the generic question of who can hide in whois 
is not on the table.
