during last week's conference call, we touched on the following

1. Board-GAC Joint Working group: it was decided that if we have the
bandwidth, we should comment on this
It was suggested during the ExCom call that this be taken up by Matt
Ashtiani, based on what Cheryl listed on the ExCom call.

2. IRTP-B - the issue on whether to comment on this was undecided during
the ALAC call.
On the Executive Committee call, we remained equally as undecided,
although Eric Brunner Williams said he would look at it, if we was asked
to do so. Cintra said she'd be ready to support.
However, I'd like to see some of our other ALAC members work on this. It
really is not fair that it is always the same people who end up doing
the hard work of reading reports and collecting opinion. The matter is
made worse by the fact that both Eric and Cintra are already heavily
involved in work on the JAS wG and the end of the comment period is only
a few days away. Volunteers please!

3. Revisions to Ch3 & 4 of GNSO Council Proc - it was decided *not* to
comment on this

4. IRTP-C: it was decided to comment on this during the ALAC call.
On the Executive Committee call, it was proposed to bundle this with the
response on IRTB-B -- with a short response addressing specific points.
Call for volunteers applies.

The next 2 items were not up for consideration when the ALAC call took
place.

5. IDN Guidelines Revision - I shall email our IDN Liaison to provide
input on this

6. 2012-2015 Strategic Plan - the ALAC Executive Committee will discuss
this during its next mid-month conference call
