Dave,

I think Tijani will be good addition to the group, but i hope we are not 
over-loading him ;-)

Regarding the teleconference, i was very disappointing with the call 
management i have been called 15 mins before the call ends , then been 
logged in to
the french channel then disconnceted to be logged in to the English 
channel, when this finished the meeting was ended .
