[WHOIS-WG] NTIA - Legally Enforceable Code of Conduct on Consumer Privacy

Hi Carlton
thanks for sharing and it seems a good idea to contribute to the process
although it has a really short deadline.
I could assist on the weekend to elaborate some text but we would barely
have time to consult the rest of the group.
So how do we organize around it?
