At-Large strategic plan. He has spoken about the opportunity for ICANN to direct more of its research towards End User needs with an End User lens, but it’s not just research. Evan also sees opportunities to have a greater direct impact on End Users through
strategic partner education efforts. Policy development is important, but End User policy development isn’t valuable if End Users don’t understand what those policies mean.<span class="gmail-apple-converted-space"> </span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
