No person who serves on the Nominating Committee in any capacity shall be eligible for nomination by any means to any position on the Board or any other <abbr title="Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers" style="box-sizing: border-box; unicode-bidi: bidi-override; direction: ltr; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: rgb(153, 153, 153); cursor: help; transition: all 0.2s ease 0s;">ICANN</abbr> body
