<p>Thanks, Glenn, for this information. At Large runs its own process of ABRs and so this info and address and dates that ICANN sends out are not correct for At Large.

<p>Here is the link to the process that At Large runs. All ABRs have to be approved by the RALO first and then passed for a second approval by the Finance and Budget Sub Committee and then for ALAC Approval and then Staff will send it to Planning Directly.

for communications resources beyond simple printing and editing functions should be prepared and submitted.
