That was never received here, and I checked my spam box too. I've received
all sorts of other NARALO mail just fine during that period.

In any case, having the comment period, in North America, in the last two
weeks of August should be criminal.
What was the rush? Especially with a GA coming up that could have been used
to advance and debate it.
