[NA-Discuss] NARALO Fy22 O&E Plan has been approved by its members

This is to inform that the NARALO Fy'22 Outreach and Engagement plan was
approved by the region on July 23, 2021.

A consensus call for its approval was sent out on July 20, 2020. No
objections and / or additional comments were received during the approval
period ending July 23, 2020.

The next step is to publish the final document (attached) in the NARALO
wiki for all to read.
