[NA-Discuss] FY 22 CROP Strategic Plan

And I forgot to note that we do have several members in Telecommunities 
Canada who are coming to the table from First Nations communities -- so 
that is not totally a gap either.

We have members from British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and 
Nova Scotia.
