[NA-Discuss] [ALAC] At-Large and COVID-19

Eduardo,

I hope that you and others in the NA RARLO community are doing well and 
staying healthy during COVID-19 emergency.


COVID-19 is likely to have a significant impact on At-Large, ICANN and 
the larger internet governance ecosystem. Likely face to face meetings 
will be impossible due to travel restrictions and the downturn in the 
global economy could have significant impacts on the security and 
stability of the DNS.

At-Large would likely benefit from how things could change from the user 
perspective and what priorities (if any) need to be revised accordingly.
