HI All,

As stated on yesterday's NARALO call we are cancelling support for the Non 
Profit Technology Conference and are substituting the IGF Canada.

We have revised our Outreach plan to account for this and received approval from 
GSE for this substitution.

Because of timing issue and the need to meet the deadlines of CROP we are only 
able to open the applications for one week. Applications close on January 23.
