[NA-Discuss] Consensus call: Global Indigenous Ambassador Program (GIAP)

There was a statement from Native Public Media on the ALAC forum that
expresses their point of view. Haven’t had time to read it all, but
hopefully the NARALO statement is in harmony with the NPM one.
