[NA-Discuss] ARIN Policy on Community Networks

We already did provide an intervention -- at the meeting itself. The 
result was that the policy was not to be removed at the moment and that 
the definition of community networks (i.e. the demand that they be 
totally volunteer driven) should be revisited.

At least, that's how I remember it.
