[NA-Discuss] Nominations 2016

Hi All
The  selection isn't a fait accompli  as you notice on the nomination slate
 I have  proposed  Louis Houle who is from ISOC  Quebec and a former
 NOMCOM representative.  for the ALAC position and it's the community to
nominate others and decide who they prefer.
