​Regardless if the obstacle is policy *or* implementation, ALAC is in a
position to advocate -- directly to the Board if necessary -- to right an
obvious wrong.

Especially if you agree with the benefit of changing Fellowship eligibility
for these territories, Chris, we can work together to fix this.
