Right, Evan, good article!

Seems surprising here in a country getting more than it's share of
rainfall, but when you see investments have lagged, deforestation continues
in the Amazon, and global climate change, problems are real. São Paulo
metro area has over 20 million people, Rio I guess about 13 million.

Attached are some Stratfor analyses of water problems in various countries.
So if US northeast is ready to export, in frozen or liquid form, there
could be a market!
