As a follow up to the e-mail below, just note that you need to have an account for the Wiki in order to access the SOI template.  If it's not allowing you to access the template, you are either not logged in or need to set up an account.  Matt Ashtiani (matt.ashtiani at icann.org) can get you set up with an account if you need one.  If you have any problems at all with this, please let me know and I will help.

Hi all,

In the upcoming months we will be having elections yet again.  We are still working out timetables but once this has been discussed the region will be notified.

However, in preparation for this, if you plan on running for any elected position and do not yet have an SOI, may I encourage you to do one.  ICANN has a handy template for doing SOIs that makes this quite easy.  The template and full instructions can be found at:  https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/New+SOIs
