Your choice of words is unfortunate. "Not yet" is slightly more
accurate than "never". Investigation takes time.

Thus far, former President and CEO Paul Twomey has responded to what I
think are the two central quesions:

o did the Board and Senior Staff have the expectation, when executing
the 2007 MOU, that NARALO At-Large Structures were composed of
something more than, well, to be blunt, two alleged corporations, for
one of which the state of claimed incorporation currently offers no
records, for the other, the state of actual incorporation reports its
dissolution, in an applicant that stated it had only those members and
no individual members, or in Mr. Glass's case, whatever his activities
in Toronto were, "an army of one".

and

o did the Board subsequently modify the obligations on the signatories
to the 2007 MOU.

Paul's answer to both was ... well, you're free to ask him yourself,
you have email, and you can convey first hand the merits of your claim
that an ALS may consist of whatever you find convenient to communicate.

I've further queries to make. There are two more President/CEOs to
query and their principal assistants, and that is simply to answer the
two simple questions -- what is an "organization" and what must it
make public in order to retain the status of an At-Large Structure.

I think it is clear we differ on the importance of the answers.
