[NA-Discuss] Article on Corruption of the Nomcom

HI Glen
I'd like to suggest that instead of the "oath of secrecy" terminology, you
use the correct term for what NomCom members  sign, which is a
"confidentiality agreement". In my mind, there's a big difference, both in
actuality and in perception.
