The BigPulse ballot has already been sent out, and all six candidates are
listed. So there could be ain interesting situation if the one person who
has not submitted an SoI is one of the two top vote-getters.

PS: As you all may know, ALAC will be considering a third person from each
region in addition to the two being selected by each RALO. If anyone is
aware of someone with an interest who is not on the balolt, please let me
know.
