What about some of the following:

- Generating ideas for the 2014 At-Large summit
- What things can we do better in the region? - Do we need Social tools,
i.e Facebook, Twitter ,etc.
- How to we see the region fitting withing the "new (i.e. post new gTLDs)"
ICANN?

Also, I think that it will be a good thing to have a professional meeting
facilitator to generate discussion withing the group. Maybe have a
group exercise just to get acquainted?, etc etc. After all, two hours is
not that much time.
