Dear All:
Herewith, a updated draft budget for the proposed LACRALO GA.   We will
still need to come up with a new date.   Do remember that there is an ICANN
meeting in March 2009 at Mexico City.  And as the tradition goes, the
regional meetings is sponsored for that time as well. This is also the time
for the proposed At-Large Summit so we could expect a full turnout of ALS
from the region.
