document that will be translated for further circulation.

As usual, the original and complete document can be accessed from the wiki
but regrettably, still only in English.

Since we did not address this and will not likely have time to do this in
during our Thursday meeting, I propose the following:

1. I will create a "Executive Summary" of the paper (attached below) and
forward it first to the ALAC-Internal list and then to the At-Large list
next week. It would be useful if we could get this translated into French
and Spanish very quickly.

2. RALOs will do whatever needed to identify any section that they feel
should not be a formal ALAC position. In 2 weeks from the date it's sent
out.

3. The based on this input, the ALAC will vote on whether all or parts of
this paper are a formal ALAC position.

hacer esto adentro durante nuestra reunión de jueves, propongo el
siguiente:

remitiré primero a la lista ALAC-Interna y entonces a la lista
En-Grande la semana próxima. Sería útil si podríamos conseguir
esto traducida al francés y español muy rápidamente.

2. RALOs hará cualquier necesario no debe ser una posición
identificar ninguna sección que él se sienta formal de ALAC. En 2
semanas a partir de la fecha se envía.

3. Basado en esta entrada, el ALAC votará encendido si todo o las
partes este papel es una posición formal de ALAC.
