All:

I agree that education and community pressure might be useful in extracting
solution to whatever these registrant-reseller issues may be.  But I would
urge us not to go too far down the road here.

 

We cannot avoid the fact that these are, by their very nature, contract
disputes.  So under these circumstances, I think it would be prudent for
disputants to lead with the UDRP process or tort law, as appropriate.
Afterall, ICANN cannot and may not be expected to regulate every aspect of
this thing of ours!

que seria prudente para que los disputants conduzcan con la ley del proceso

se puede esperar regular cada aspecto de esta cosa el nuestros!
