<p>sugiero enfáticamente la lectura del artículo del Profesor Wolfgang Kleinwaechter al que se liga en el correo contenido en el presente mensaje, con el objetivo de reconocer las importantes y cambiantes variables del entorno en el que se desarrollan nuestras
actividades y más ampliamente, ICANN. Arroja luces sobre muchas influencias externas que no siempre son manifiestas y que pueden distorsionar definitivamente las variables sobre las que se sustenta el diseño y la operación del sistema de gobernanza que estamos
obligados a defender e impulsar, e impone obligaciones de transparencia a algunos participantes, en particular a quienes recurrentemente nos han expuesto que, por lo reducido de la disponibildad de expertos en sus comunidades, no pueden separar sus roles asociados
a su participación en entidades cívicas, técnicas, empresariales, y gubernamentales. </p>

<p>Una puesta al día constante está disponible en las publicaciones de la sección de ICANN dedicada a la relación con entidades gubernamentales y multilaterales, pero antes de preguntar allí por actualizaciones y precisiones la lectura del artículo del Prof.
Kleinwaechter ubicará las principales coordenadas actualmente en juego y su posible influencia. Un análisis juicioso, a su vez y en consecuencia, puede conducir a ponderar los esfuerzos que ameriten cada una de nuestras actividades actuales y propuestas.</p>
