I also appreciate the words of Carlos Aguirre and Vanda Scartezini. I consider both of them my friends. I'm glad there are new people participating in our region. It is a very good omen. The rotation system has fulfilled the function of ensuring the participation of all the regions in LACRALO and, therefore, in ICANN. The decision to apply the rotation principle to all ICANN positions seems very sensible. It would be ideal to modify our rules to extend the principle to these positions. In any case, it should be noted that the position for which I was elected requires english management because there is no interpretation system at these meetings.
