Estimados Colegas de LACRALO,

 Hasta donde entiendo y veo en la práctica, ICANN no apoya a sus miembros
 para asistir a reuniones como el IGF, con lo cual NetMundial +10 no
 entraría dentro de los usos en este caso del tan mencionado CROP. Quienes
 quieran o querramos asistir deberán hacerlo con fondos propios o de sus
 organizaciones.

 Por otro lado, los cupos de asistencia presencial a NetMundial +10 serán
 limitados, es algo que se está definiendo en estos días, con lo cual
